Tank Linings

FCS has years of experience in tank linings and water proofing projects. FCS has provided installation of Tank Linings to both above ground steel tanks as well as in-ground concrete or steel tanks. The long term protection of steel and concrete exposed to harsh chemical environments such as in sewage treatment plants require protective lining. Common applications are in Influent Channels, Primary / Secondary  Settling Tanks, Aeration Tanks, Sludge Storage tanks, Clarifiers and Thickeners. The chemical exposure from long term immersion in sewage water, coupled with the dynamic forces exerted by the movement of sludge can cause extensive damage to the tank surfaces. As the plants are in operation 24/7, repairs are difficult and expensive. Tank Linings ranging from 40-75 mils thickness, can provide long term protection.
